Ms. Finch’s appellate practice is limited to appeals to the California Supreme Court and the Fourth District, Divisions One (San Diego), Two (Riverside and San Bernardino) and Three (Orange County), where she has been winning civil appeals for the past 17 years. Ms Finch’s practice is devoted exclusively to appeals and dispositive motions. Her practice covers both civil and criminal matters, and she practices in both state and federal court.

Areas of litigation on appeal have included contracts, construction, employment, anti-SLAPP suits, fraud, class action suits, attorneys fees awards, real estate, usury, preliminary injunctions, political reform act, and family law.

While attending law school, Ms. Finch was chosen to clerk for Presiding Justice Sills of the Fourth District, Division Three, which cemented her desire to specialize in appellate practice.
